As far as I am concerned being the best in my profession is the most important thing. My continued association of this very elite group of REALTORS® (only 4% nationally) I am confident to handle any and all real estate transactions overcoming some of the more difficult problems that usually arise. National Association of Realtor’s e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information. As a full-time Realtor my job requires me to be in front of and available to all customers and clients in all levels of technology. Studying and learning the latest types of internet marketing and the laws to adhere to takes a higher level of knowledge that I have gained by earning the e-Pro certification.
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions. Our senior citizens and their families make up a large portion of our US population. They have special wants and needs and deserve the respect of a professional that understands and has the knowledge and experience that they can trust. By being part of this elite group of REALTORS® I can help them better than most agents who has never walked in their shoes.
The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support. After successful completion of several transactions with veterans over the past 2 years I found it important to know all I can about working with this special group of buyers and sellers. They have special needs and only by learning more about those needs do I now feel 100% qualified to be of better service by being in the elite group of REALTORS® that have achieved the MRP certification.
