About Gary Rossignol
REALTORS® do not sell houses. Houses sell houses. Emotions buy homes. If a REALTOR® tells you that they are going to ‘sell your house’ or ‘ find the perfect home for you’ without taking a moment to get to know you as a person, then you might want to move on to find a true professional. As your partner in real estate, it is my job to help you solve a specific problem. A problem that impacts your financial, emotional and personal future for years to come. Whether the challenge is that you need to sell your Cincinnati home quickly due to a family emergency or that you need to locate a home because of relocation to the Northern Kentucky, you can rely on my many years of experience to assist you make a very personal decision.
From ‘just looking for information’ all the way through the day we close on your home, you will have many questions about Cincinnati and/or Northern Kentucky real estate. While I may have a vast knowledge of industry information from my experience in real estate dating back to 1986; I will tell you the one thing that most real estate agents will never admit. With all of my knowledge, my experience, my professional qualifications and even my refined judgment skills; I know that I don’t have all the answers. Most agents will not tell you that. Being in real estate for this many years, keeping up to date on certifications and actively practicing real estate teaches you that your most important asset as a REALTOR® is knowing whom to ask to get those answers.
My name is Gary Rossignol and I have wealth of real estate experience that I am eager to share with each and every one of my clients. I dedicate much of my time helping my fellow REALTOR® as a regular on several committees at the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTOR®. I also teach a course through the University of Cincinnati called the “Keys to Home Ownership” that directly benefits the community. I was voted REALTOR®/salesperson of the year in 1993 by the Cincinnati area Board of REALTOR®. I have hosted real estate shows on WCKY and Info-Radio 1360 and have been honored to have been featured in many real estate news articles. I have also been one of the top sales associates for ReMax MKR and ReMax Unlimited since 1990 and bring all of that experience here to REMAX Preferred Group. Now I also bring this experience to you.
Ask me any question that comes up as you make this significant decision in your life. While I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of real estate, my true strength is knowing what is going on in the community. I don’t just mean what houses in Kenton County have sold for what amount or what local Campbell County school received what grade last year. Any real estate agent should know that information throughout Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. I have that extra bit of rock-n-roll rhythm that you just are not going to find with other agents anywhere in the area.
When I say that my Houses are Rockin’ ‘cuz the Buyers are Knocking’, it is more than just another ‘tag-line’. I work with each and every one of my sellers to not only prepare them for financial and administrative portion of the sale, but also to help them emotionally ready their house for the sale. There are time-tested and proven ways to make your house one of these rockin’ properties that buyers WANT to visit and WANT to buy. Buyers really do respond to presentation, if you know how to show the house in the right manner. My Deer Park sellers all KNOW how to show their home off to attract buyers! My buyers from Boone County KNOW that when I bring them to one of my Loveland listings that it will be rockin’ home that they can seriously consider!
While we are working together, you will even have a chance to come down and be impressed by our 2002/2003 Cammy Award Winning Band, BlueStone Ivory. I proudly rock-out with my saxophone & flute as part of this awesome band. During the summer you can catch us at outdoor venues like church festivals, community concerts, fairs and even festivals. During the rest of the year you can catch us at local establishments such as Carlo & Johnny’s, Jim & Jacks, Rhinos or Guys & Dolls.
Real estate is not my entire life, but it allows me to live the fantastic life I lead. Born and raised in Sharonville, OH, my youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and community. Current hobbies of mine, in addition to BlueStone Ivory, include spending time with my family, playing music, and catching a good game of racquetball. I currently play clarinet & bass clarinet in the West Chester Symphony Orchestra and enjoy every moment no matter where I am or what I am doing.
So whether you are looking to buy a single-family residence in West Chester, sell your Montgomery income property or buy that Blue Ash dream home that you have spent your life saving for… give me a call and let’s get to know each other. I look forward to assisting you find your place in this wonderful community!
