Home to Homearama 2019, Kensington offers something special to those seeking a luxury living lifestyle. Located in Deerfield Township, Ohio, Kensington is just 20 minutes north of Cincinnati.
A private community entrance welcomes residents home. What awaits inside has been described as both a “luxury oasis” and “estate-style living with an English urban garden flair.”
The lot sizes are large, ranging from one half an acre to a full acre in size. Homes have quite the variety, including walkout lots and flat lots. Prices range from the $400,000s to past $1 million. The plans for the community include a pool and playground.
The convenient location just off Fields Ertel Road and minutes away from I-71 adds to the appeal of living in the Kensington community. The highly-rated Mason School District, which serves Kensington, is also another draw for home buyers.
