The Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing has released an updated Homebuyers Guide to assist Ohioans, especially first-time buyers, in understanding financing, choosing professionals, and navigating the homebuying process. The free electronic guide includes legal updates, such as required written agreements with agents. It’s available online, and a checklist is offered at the Ohio State Fair.
